How We Work


First, book a free, no-obligation home visit at a convenient time for you. We’ll come to you, measure up, show you our samples and discuss the design options available for your windows. Tell us what you have in mind or let us guide you towards your perfect shutters. We’ll then provide a formal quote inclusive of the shutters and installation, for you to review.


Then, once you’re happy with your quote and would like to go ahead, we require a deposit so that we can place an order with our manufacturer. Your made to measure shutters will arrive within our current lead times. We’ll arrange a suitable time to come back and fit them. The balance is payable 48 hours prior to install.


Finally, on the install day we will turn up to fit your stylish new shutters, on time, and clean up after ourselves as if we were never there. Before we leave we will show you how to operate and maintain your lovely new shutters so that you can get the best use out of them for years to come.
